About the company

Bubl develops solutions for cleaner air in construction machinery and other vulnerable work environments. The focus is on fixed installations in machines where operators are exposed daily to dust, particles, and harmful air pollutants.

The product is designed to create a better working environment directly in the operator's cab – with solutions that combine technology, health, and sustainability in a product that is easy to use and clear in its value.

The company is now facing the next step where sales, customer processing, and market presence need to be built up properly. Therefore, they are now looking for a driven salesperson who wants to be involved from the beginning and build the business together with the founders.

About the role

This is a role for you who likes to create business out with the customer. The focus is on finding the right customers, understanding their daily life, and showing how the product can improve both the working environment and the workday for machine operators and contracting companies.

Customers can be found among others in:

  • Contracting and infrastructure
  • Quarrying and mine-related operations
  • Transport and machinery contracting
  • Industrial environments with high demands on air quality
  • Larger companies focusing on working environment and sustainability

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Prospecting and creating new customer relationships
  • Book and conduct customer meetings on-site
  • Drive the entire sales process from first contact to closing
  • Identify new segments and business opportunities
  • Participate in tests, demonstrations, and installations at the customer
  • Work closely with management regarding strategy, positioning, and market
  • Be part of building the company's sales work and structure moving forward

The role involves travel within Sweden.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in driving own deals
  • Category B driver's license & own car
  • Swedish and English in speech and writing

Merits

  • Experience from contracting, industry, or technical sales
  • Experience with working environment or safety-related products
  • Experience in proactive sales towards companies
  • Experience working in smaller or growing companies

Other

Employment type: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probationary period
Location: Nyköping with Sweden as the work area
Salary: Fixed salary + variable part
