We are currently looking for a babysitter for a family in Tullinge.

About Us

NPF Barnvakten offers childcare to families with children within the NPF (Neuropsychiatric Function Impairment) spectrum.

NPF stands for neuropsychiatric function impairment, and the most common impairments are: ADHD, Autism, ADD, AST, Tourette's syndrome, and Speech Disorder. Our goal is to help as many people with special needs as possible, which is why you will undergo internal training in NPF before starting your first assignment. The Assignment:

Number of children and age: 1 child, aged 10 & 15 years

Days and times: 2-3 times a week, including one weekend day

Desired start date: Immediately

Childcare takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.

Location: Tullinge.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience working with children with NPF
• Has knowledge of low-arousal approaches and clear/structured pedagogy
• Is secure, stable, and responsible
• Has a genuine interest in children and their development
• Has good pedagogical skills
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience with alternative and augmentative communication, such as picture support or PECS/TAKK
• Have education in pedagogy, special education, psychology, social work, or similar
• Have post-secondary education in relevant professions, such as preschool teacher, teacher, social pedagogue, support pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, or similar.
• Have experience from operations such as LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Functional Impairments), school, student health services, habilitation, or residential care homes
• Have pediatric CPR training

Tasks:

The tasks may vary depending on the family's needs.

Typical tasks may include:

• Pick-up from preschool/school
• Planning activities at and outside the home
• Acting as support during excursions
• Cooking simple meals
• Bedtime routines
• Activation, socialization, and respite care
