Ingelsta Kalkon is Sweden's leading brand for premium quality, Swedish-produced turkey. They work daily to ensure your peace of mind when shopping with them by maintaining control over the entire chain, from breeding to processing. To Ingelsta Kalkon's production facility in Brukstorp, we are now looking for cutters to start immediately.

The work consists of manual turkey cutting. Training and on-the-job instruction take place on-site. The training period is between 2–6 months, depending on previous experience with cutting. After completing the training, you will join a team working on a piece-rate basis.

Working hours are Monday–Thursday, 06:00–15:15. Friday 06:00–12:15.

To succeed in this role, you must be meticulous, handy, and results-oriented. You thrive when taking responsibility and can work structured even when the pace is fast. You pay close attention to quality and always strive to do a good job. You appreciate both independent work and teamwork. Previous experience in cutting and knife skills are considered meritorious.

This position is a temp-to-hire role in collaboration with PIKE Personal, meaning you will start as a hired consultant and, if you prove yourself, will be employed by the company after 6 months. PIKE Personal works with personnel leasing and recruitment for both unionized staff and white-collar workers. All questions regarding the recruitment process should be directed to PIKE Personal.
