We are currently looking for a babysitter for a family in Bromma, Äppelviken.

About us

NPF Barnvakten offers childcare for families with children within the NPF (Neuropsychiatric Function Impairment) spectrum.

NPF stands for neuropsychiatric function impairment. The most common impairments include ADHD, Autism, ADD, AST, Tourette's syndrome, and speech disorders. Our goal is to help as many people with special needs as possible. Therefore, you will undergo internal training in NPF before starting your first assignment. At NPF Barnvakten, you will find a developing, joyful, and incredibly rewarding part-time job.

The assignment:

• Number of children and age: 1 child, 5 years old
• Days and times: Primarily weekends, occasional weekdays
• Desired start date: Immediately
• Childcare takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.
• Location: Bromma, Äppelviken

We are looking for you who:

• Have some form of experience with children, preferably children with NPF (ADHD, Autism, ID, or similar).
• Have experience with low-affective interaction and clear/structured pedagogy.
• Are responsible and have a genuine interest in children.
• Want a developing and rewarding part-time job.
• Are pedagogical, secure, and calm.

Merits: Driver's license and experience with visual supports/TAKK (Picture Exchange Communication System).

Tasks:

The tasks may vary depending on the family's needs. Typical tasks include:

• Pick-up from preschool/school
• Organizing activities at and outside the home
• Acting as support during excursions
• Preparing simple meals
• Bedtime routines
• Activation, socialization, and respite care
