We are currently looking for a Senior Site Supervisor in civil engineering for direct recruitment to a well-known civil engineering company in Stockholm.

Our client is expanding rapidly without growing pains and now needs to strengthen their team with an additional Site Supervisor quite urgently.

Since 1986, our client has successfully established itself by developing, maintaining, and improving Stockholm's parks, streets, and squares. The company specializes in two closely related areas of operation: civil engineering and outdoor environments. Their wide range of services regarding the types of projects they have executed, combined with their deep expertise that they bring to each project, is what allows the company to attract and maintain long-term customer relationships.

The Role: As a Site Supervisor, you will lead, drive, and distribute work in both larger and smaller work teams on existing and new projects. You will also be responsible for certain project documentation, such as ÄTA (Acceptance, Testing, and Adjustment), reconciliations, ordering materials, financial follow-up, etc.

Qualifications:

• We are looking for you who have a solid background in civil engineering.
• You should have several years of experience in a leading role within construction production.
• You have documented prior experience as a Site Supervisor and hold all required courses and training for civil engineering supervision.
