GAIJIN is an Asian-inspired street food concept with influences primarily from East Asia. We draw inspiration from Japan, Korea, China, and other parts of the region – but interpret it in our own way.

We work with a smaller, thoughtful menu where quality always comes before quantity. Good ingredients, clean flavors, and meticulous execution are the foundation of everything we do.

We will be operating at the newly opened Cantin project at Varvstaden in Malmö – a new meeting place focused on food, culture, and city life.

About the role

We are looking for a cook/kitchen staff member who wants to help build and grow GAIJIN together with us. You will work with prep, service, and daily production in a kitchen where structure, pace, and quality are crucial.

This is a position with an hourly wage according to agreement.
