We are currently looking for a babysitter for a family in Årstadal.

About us

NPF Barnvakten offers childcare for families with children within the NPF spectrum.

NPF stands for Neurodevelopmental Disability, and the most common disabilities include: ADHD, Autism, ADD, AST, Tourette's syndrome, and Speech Disorders. Our goal is to help as many people with special needs as possible, which is why you will undergo internal training in NPF before starting your first assignment. The assignment:

• Number of children and age: 1 child, 5 years old
• Days and times: 10 hours per month, varying between pickups and weekends.
• Desired start date: Immediately
• Childcare takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.
• Location: Årstadal.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has some form of experience with children, preferably children with NPF (meritorious)
• Has experience with low-affective handling and clear pedagogy
• Is responsible and has a genuine interest in children
• Wants a developing and rewarding part-time job
• Is pedagogical, secure, and calm
• Meritorious if you have experience with visual supports/PECS

Tasks:

The tasks may vary depending on the family's needs.

Typical tasks may include:

• Pickup from preschool/school
• Planning activities in and outside the home
• Acting as support during excursions
• Cooking simple meals
• Bedtime routines
• Activation, socialization, and respite
