What does the role entail?

As a Transport Planner at Emballator, you are responsible for planning and coordinating transport in an efficient and cost-conscious manner. You work closely with production, warehousing, and carriers to ensure deliveries with high quality and service.

You will have a varied and important role where you are responsible for booking and planning transports, creating picking lists, and maintaining daily contact with both carriers and the order department. The role also involves significant administrative work and ongoing email management. You follow up on deliveries, handle transport documentation, and contribute to smooth and efficient logistics flows. Together with your colleagues, you also work on developing and improving methods within logistics and transport.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in transport planning, logistics, or forwarding
• Are clear, solution-oriented, and communicative
• Thrive in a role with many contact points and a high pace
• Have good computer skills and preferably experience with the business system SAP
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English
