Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen AB, located in central Malmö, aims to provide a comprehensive entertainment experience for our guests through our various venues. Here you will find everything from pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, wine cellars, event halls, street food kitchens, to our lovely outdoor terrace, Gränden, during the summer. We constantly strive to give our guests that little extra in terms of atmosphere, service, and gastronomic experience.

To our Restaurant Elysée/Gränden, which is part of Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen and primarily serves fondue, grilled dishes, and classic à la carte, we are now seeking ambitious and engaged service staff, especially for Valentine's Day on February 14th.

The work primarily involves traditional service with the guest as the focal point. You should find it interesting to stay up-to-date with both food and drink offerings and to be able to communicate these effectively to our guests. We prefer that you have prior experience in service and cash register operations.

As a person, you are cheerful, ambitious, stress-resistant, and reliable. You are passionate about providing our guests with the absolute best service. Furthermore, you are a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. For the sake of our guests, we prefer that you are smoke- and snus-free.

There is also an opportunity to work at one of our other venues within Nöjeskvarteret Malmborgen, such as Gränden during the summer or one of our nightclubs, as a complement. For the right person, there are excellent development opportunities within our company that can lead to a more senior role.

The position is available for full-time, part-time, and as needed.
