The company has its office in Rönninge, but the work takes place primarily on construction sites around southern Stockholm. Travel to other locations may occur as needed. We are happy to share more information about the operations during a personal meeting.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have good experience leading construction projects, preferably in environments with special requirements such as laboratories or healthcare facilities. We place great emphasis on personal qualities, but we would like you to have:

• At least 5 years of experience in construction site management
• Experience driving multiple parallel, technically complex projects
• Previous experience in construction management in laboratory and/or hospital environments
• Good system proficiency and confidence with digital tools
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid B-driver's license

Meritorious:

• Post-secondary education in construction, engineering, or equivalent
• Experience with cost estimation

What does the role entail?

In the role of Site Manager, you are responsible for coordinating, planning, and following up on work in ongoing construction projects, often in sensitive and technically demanding environments. Your main areas of responsibility are:

• Planning and leading daily work in multidisciplinary projects
• Continuous dialogue and collaboration with foremen and project management
• Managing production – both your own staff and subcontractors
• Schedule planning, resource planning, and financial follow-up
• Conducting self-inspections and handling any deviations
• Ensuring that projects are carried out according to the company's routines and goals
• Active work with quality, working environment, environment, and safety
• Responsibility for ensuring that current safety regulations are followed at the workplace

You will have close collaboration with both project managers and the production team. The role involves great variation, where you will both work operationally and contribute to long-term development. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00, 40 hours per week. Overtime is possible and compensated according to the current agreement.

This is a recruitment for a permanent position, with a start date as agreed. The process includes a background check covering extracts from the public criminal register and control of financial stability. Alcohol and drug tests are also conducted before employment.
