About the role

In this position, you will work operationally in the workshop while simultaneously leading and distributing tasks within the team. You are expected to be a role model in the workshop, both technically and in your leadership style. You will support colleagues with advanced troubleshooting, contribute to team competence development, and ensure that work is performed according to manufacturer guidelines and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and distribute work for the workshop team
• Plan and prioritize work orders for high efficiency
• Perform service, repairs, and qualified troubleshooting
• Support technicians with technical questions and problem-solving
• Ensure quality according to manufacturer guidelines
• Monitor results, productivity, and delivery
• Actively work on improving and developing working methods

We are looking for someone who

• Has automotive technical education or equivalent experience
• Has experience as an automotive technician
• Has experience with troubleshooting and using diagnostic tools
• Is self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented
• Has a natural drive and interest in leadership
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Has a valid B driving license
