Who are you? To thrive in the role of Site Supervisor, it is fundamental that you enjoy leadership and working in a team. You are flexible and easily adapt to new projects. We prefer that you, as a candidate, have a background in one of the following areas: new construction and ROT (Renovation, Extension, and Conversion) of residential properties, as well as public and commercial real estate, with a few years of experience. Your character is characterized by being solution-oriented, result-driven, motivated, structured, and stress-resistant.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years of experience in the role
• Has relevant education or equivalent work experience
• Communicates clearly and well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Has a valid Category B driver's license

Additionally, the following are considered meritorious:

• Experience as a responsible BAS-P or BAS-U (Safety Coordinator)
• Good knowledge of the general terms and conditions for construction and civil engineering works, AB/ABT, and the ABK system

Employment type:

Project-based employment, Permanent employment, or Subcontractor.
