You understand the importance of the whole guest experience; cleaning toilets, serving breakfast buffets, and checking in at the reception are all part of good hospitality. What does the role of Mountain Host entail?

• Welcome and serve guests
• Cleaning of rooms and common areas – our most important hospitality duty
• Light cooking and serving in the kitchen and restaurant
• Support and help colleagues across departmental boundaries

We often work in small teams where flexibility and initiative are key. The positions are diverse and involve several areas of responsibility.

Who are you?

• A team player who wants to be part of a great team
• Responsible and keen to contribute to the overall experience for our guests
• Good knowledge of Swedish and/or English
• You need to be good at collaborating and appreciate living communally, as we both live and work together

Advantageous if you have experience in hotel cleaning, restaurant service, reception and booking systems, and/or work in large-scale kitchens.

What can you expect as an employee:

• Employment type: Seasonal work between June 15th and the end of September
• Position level: 85%–100%
• Monthly salary according to collective agreement: Visita/HRF Green National Agreement and Tourist Supplement
• Work schedule follows the needs of the business, involving work on weekdays as well as weekends, during both day and evening shifts
• Meal deduction according to collective agreement, regulated by the Swedish Tax Agency
