Who are we looking for?

To Cyclife's new facility, we are looking for an engaged and goal-oriented Team Manager who wants to help build, lead, and develop a high-performing team. You have a clear ability to plan, structure, and create engagement among your employees in an inclusive and collaborative way, while ensuring that operations are conducted safely, with a focus on quality, and with high efficiency. The role requires a present and attentive leadership style, good communication skills, and experience in driving and developing improvement processes in a growing organization.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Several years of documented leadership experience in a relevant industry or operation.
• Completed upper secondary education.
• Good understanding and compliance with occupational health and safety, security, and quality work.
• Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• Category B driver's license, access to a personal car.

Merits:

• Experience working as a manager in the manufacturing industry.
• Relevant university education or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience working with KPI tracking and business planning.

What does the role entail?

The role of Production Team Manager involves overall responsibility for leading and developing a group of approximately 15 employees within the production operations. You report directly to the Division Manager for Extension and are part of the Extension management group, where you contribute operational and strategic perspectives to drive the business forward.

With tasks including but not limited to:

• Responsible for the team's safety, work environment, radiation protection, quality, and competence development.
• Lead and distribute work within the team and follow up on performance and goals.
• Conduct employee interviews and prepare materials for salary reviews.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure that company policies and guidelines are followed.
• Actively participate in improvement and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with other departments and functions to optimize operations.
• Responsible for reporting deviations and security-related incidents.
• Quality-assure processes and instructions and contribute to the development of new routines.
• Build processes and set routines for daily operations.

As a Team Manager, you play a central role in ensuring an efficient, quality-assured, and well-coordinated production flow. The position involves broad and daily internal contacts, where you collaborate closely with project managers, production coordinators, and other team leaders to create cohesion, good communication, and clear priorities in operations. You lead your team with clarity, presence, and engagement, and work actively to create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. The work is performed 100% on-site and starts during daytime hours before transitioning to a continuous two-shift system, meaning work during both day and afternoon shifts as well as weekends.
