We are looking for a District Nurse/Nurse with diabetes competence who wants to work in a wonderful team!

At the healthcare center, MVC (Maternity and Child Health Center), BVC (Child Health Center), Rehab, primary psychiatry, general practitioner clinic, and home care are all located in the same building, which facilitates cooperation with different professions.
Job Responsibilities:
The work involves common tasks for a nurse at a primary healthcare center, such as scheduled and unscheduled visits at the clinic as well as telephone advice. Our opening hours are weekdays 07:00–17:00. We will agree on a schedule when the employment is current. At Gustavsberg, we work in a wonderful team with doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries to create good continuity for our patients.
Qualifications:
- Licensed District Nurse/Nurse with a focus on diabetes.
- Experience working at a primary healthcare center and experience with telephone advice.
Personal Qualities:
We are looking for you who have a positive attitude and contribute to our good working climate. You need to be good at collaborating but also able to take individual responsibility. You are service-oriented and can give "the little extra" to the patients you meet. The workload may vary, which requires flexibility and a structured approach to work. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Employment Type:
Permanent position, 100%. Probationary period may apply.

The position will be filled provided it does not need to be taken for internal relocation, according to current regulations.
For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Council (SLSO):
- A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks at employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment health examination according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
