About the assignment

A family in Järfälla with two children (ages 4 and 10) is looking for help with childcare 1–3 times per week. One day a week is on weekdays from 16:30 for a few hours, plus every other weekend. The family is looking for a babysitter with experience of ADHD, as the eldest child has ADHD.

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for all those who have a high school diploma. For all those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 – 165.19 SEK/hour incl. vacation pay.

Upon employment as a babysitter with us, we request a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the criminal record).
