About the job

Your main responsibility is to deliver food products to Axfood's stores, ensuring they receive the right goods, in the right way, and at the right time. You will deliver both dry goods and chilled/frozen products in crates and on pallets, which you unload at the stores. You may also be required to assist with loading at the terminal when needed.

You will be based at Dagab's terminal in Bålsta, where you will also return after your shifts.

Introduction and training in routines and processes take place before start-up for 5 days (Mon–Fri) after you have completed a reversing test with car and trailer.

Who we are looking for:

• You have good experience in driving and customer contact, as well as a strong service orientation.
• You are confident in reversing a truck and trailer to the dock.
• You have a good eye for order and precision.
• Since the work can be physically demanding, we appreciate that you take care of your health and have good physical condition so that you can work ergonomically correctly.
• Importance is also placed on your other personal qualities.

Working hours:

We prefer that you are flexible regarding which days and times you can work, to support operations where the need is greatest. (This may involve a rotating schedule).

General schedule for local food distribution:

Monday 07.00–16.00, Tuesday–Friday 06.00–16.00.

General schedule for long-distance (all food) distribution:

Rotating schedule covering all hours of the day.

Requirements:

• CE driving license.
• Valid YKB (Professional Driver Certificate).
• ADR 1.3.
• Forklift license.
• You can understand, speak, and read Swedish without difficulty.

Merits:

• At least 6 months of daily driving of heavy trucks with trailers.
• Previous experience in food distribution.

Employment terms:

You will start as an employee with Job&Talent, with a high possibility of transitioning to direct employment with Dagab.
