We are now looking for a Property Technician for commercial properties at Corem in Kista!

We are looking for an experienced and independent property technician for a technically varied portfolio of office buildings in Stockholm. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to work broadly with technology, operations, and service in close collaboration with colleagues and tenants.

About the company

Corem acquires, manages, and enhances properties in attractive locations in Sweden, Denmark, and the USA. The company has a long-term perspective and works with its own personnel in management to create sustainable solutions and be a strong business partner to its tenants.

Corem's business unit Stockholm North is the company's largest and covers approximately 330,000 sqm distributed across 28 properties. The portfolio is concentrated in Kista and consists largely of modern office spaces. Here, you will work in a professional and development-oriented environment with a focus on operations, technology, and sustainability.

About the role

As a property technician, you are responsible for the daily technical operation of a number of commercial properties with modern and varied technology. The properties consist primarily of offices, with some other business areas.

You ensure that the properties maintain a high standard through ongoing maintenance, upkeep, and repairs. An important part of the role is to work actively with energy optimization and contribute to reduced energy consumption and increased sustainability.

You are part of a team with technical managers, other property technicians, and an operations manager to whom you report.

Examples of tasks:

• Troubleshooting and measures within electricity, plumbing (HVAC), and control/automation technology
• Patrols, supervision, and operational optimization
• Participation in energy and renovation projects
• Technical contact with contractors, suppliers, and authorities
• Reading utility consumption, working with SBA (Building Management System) and inspections
• Planned and preventive maintenance

We are looking for you who

• Have relevant education in property technology or equivalent experience
• Have good knowledge in areas such as control & automation, heating, cooling, electricity, and plumbing
• Are solution-oriented, responsible, and structured
• Have a high service focus and enjoy interacting with tenants
• Enjoy taking responsibility but also thrive in close collaboration with colleagues
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) (required)
