Do you want to work in a specialist role where you combine customer relations, advisory services, and analysis within trade credit insurance? Howden is now looking for a Trade Credit Broker to join its growing team in Stockholm or Gothenburg.

About the Role

As a Trade Credit Broker, you provide advisory services to companies regarding trade credit insurance solutions and risk management related to customer receivables and business risks. The role is broad, combining analysis, customer dialogue, and business development, making you a key partner to customers in their daily operations.

Among other things, you will:

• Be responsible for and develop customer relationships
• Work with the placement and renewal of trade credit insurance solutions
• Provide advice on limits, claims, terms, and risk assessments
• Work closely with insurance companies
• Participate in new business sales and business development
• Support customers with questions related to credit risk and insurance terms
• Collaborate with Howden’s international Trade Credit team

We are looking for you who

Have previous experience with trade credit insurance and feel confident in the product and its practical application. It is a requirement that you have previously worked closely with trade credit insurance issues, but you may come from various types of roles and companies.

You might currently be working in:

• Trade Credit Insurance
• Treasury or Finance
• Banking or Financial Services
• Insurance companies or brokerages
• Audit or Accounting
• Export or International Business

The most important thing is that you:

• Understand credit risk and corporate finance
• Are confident in customer dialogues and relationship building
• Have a proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
• Are structured, responsible, and business-minded
• Enjoy a role with high customer contact and personal responsibility

About the Employment

This is a recruitment process where you will be employed directly by Howden.

• Scope: Full-time, permanent
• Start: Immediately, subject to notice period
• Location: Stockholm or Gothenburg
• Compensation: Fixed monthly salary depending on experience
