Empori develops, sells, and manages niche digital solutions – from industry-specific e-commerce to platforms that enable digital and automated services. Together with our sister companies within the Progrits group, we build solutions for specific verticals and business processes, focusing on scalability and genuine customer value. Part of our offering is our cloud-based IoT platform, Tickoff, which enables identification, access, and payment via mobile in unmanned environments.

We are a small, specialized team with short decision-making paths, significant autonomy, and great opportunities to shape both the product and our ways of working. In your role, you will be based at our parent company Progrits (soon to be Movement Software) office in Gothenburg. Colleagues from our sister companies within the Progrits group are also located here, providing natural opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

About the role

As a Product Lead at Empori, you have overall responsibility for Tickoff’s direction and ensuring that we create maximum customer value. You are the link between customer, product, and development – with a special focus on understanding customers' actual problems and translating these insights into product decisions and solutions.

Your main areas of responsibility are to:

• Own and further develop the product vision based on customer needs and business goals
• Lead and coordinate internal and external resources
• Be responsible for ongoing customer dialogue and follow-up
• Capture customer insights and translate them into requirements, priorities, and improvements in the product
• Contribute to roadmap, scope, releases, and product decisions
• Act as the bridge between customer, product, and development
• Document and improve working methods and processes related to product and implementation

You will become part of a small, entrepreneurial team where flexibility is a strength, and where you are expected to be hands-on and contribute where it adds the most value.

About you

At the same time, you thrive in an office-first environment where the office is the natural base and where you collaborate closely with the team in your daily work.

We also believe that you:

• Have a few years of experience in project management or product-centric roles
• Have the ability to translate customer needs into requirements and solutions
• Are accustomed to leading customer meetings and managing expectations
• Have a good technical understanding and an interest in the connection between software, IoT, and systems
• Are curious and have a desire to become an expert on the product and the domain
• Have an interest in AI/LLM and its business value
• Have a business-minded and customer-oriented mindset
• Can work independently in a smaller organization
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

If you also have experience in product development, system development, IoT-related environments, support processes, or practical work with AI tools, we see this as a big plus.
