About the Role

As a Property Technician with us, you will have an important role in the daily operation of our properties. You will be responsible for supervision, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technical systems such as heating, ventilation, electricity, and water.

You will work both independently and together with colleagues and contractors to ensure that the properties function optimally. The role also involves handling fault reports, performing on-site repairs, and maintaining ongoing contact with tenants and customers.

An important part of the job is documenting performed actions, reporting deviations, and contributing to improvements in technical operations.

We are looking for you who

To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to have experience in technical work within property management, construction, HVAC, electricity, or similar operations. Furthermore, we would like you to have:

• Experience in service, operation, or maintenance work is a requirement.
• Technical education or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience.
• A driver's license (Category B) and the ability to work in the field in Stockholm.
• Good technical understanding and interest in property systems.
• Structured, responsible, and meticulous.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team and handle varying tasks.
