We are looking for a nurse for our lovely clinic with an interest in telephone counseling via TeleQ

We are a driven, engaged, and competent group of nurses, many of whom are District Nurses. We are now looking to strengthen our team with one more colleague.
Therefore, we are looking for an engaged and professional nurse for our primary care center!
Djursholms Husläkarmottagning is a well-functioning primary care center located a stone's throw from the sea. We are a tightly knit group of doctors, district nurses, nurses, psychologists, chiropodists, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries who together take care of our approx. 10,000 registered patients.

Job Description:
The work involves all common tasks for a nurse at a primary care center, including:
- Telephone counseling via TeleQ
- Performing medical assessments and care interventions
- Supporting and informing patients about health and treatment
- Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care
- Reception duties
The work requires broad competence and independence. In your role as a nurse, you have the opportunity to influence your own working hours and work situation to some extent. There are good opportunities to work from home with telephone counseling when the operations allow.
Employment Type:
Fixed-term position or hourly employment with the possibility of permanent employment.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with an interest in telephone counseling and chat.
Experience working in Swedish healthcare, preferably in primary care, is meritorious. Good computer skills and experience with the medical record system TakeCare are meritorious.
Personal Qualities:
You have good teamwork skills. We are looking for someone who is engaged, driven, values good teamwork, and wants to provide high-quality care. We would like you to enjoy working with people and have good communication skills.

The position will be filled provided it does not need to be taken for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.
For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Council (SLSO):
- A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new-employee health examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- Requires, in addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The same requirement applies to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
