The Role

As a Mechanic / Maintenance Technician, you will work daily with both preventive and corrective maintenance measures. You will be an important part of a small team of two, collaborating with operators and other departments at the workshop in Malmö.

A desire for self-development and a willingness to learn more are prerequisites for success in this role, as we work with many different types of machinery and equipment.

We are a service company with short lead times for our customers. If something happens, it is important that we work flexibly within the maintenance group to rectify and improve.

Who We Are Looking For

Key Qualifications:

• Experience with simpler mechanical repair work from industrial operations
• You can weld MIG/TIG and MMA and use workshop machinery such as lathes, milling machines, pillar drills, cold saws, etc.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and basic English, both spoken and written

We believe you have worked for a few years as a maintenance technician, service technician, workshop technician, mechanic, or repairer.

Personal Attributes: You are unpretentious and enjoy working both independently with significant responsibility and as part of a team. Your skills make you confident in your daily work, and you believe it is important to follow instructions for safe work. You enjoy working on continuous improvement. Excellent customer service and the desire to develop the company are our signature and key to our success.

Location & Working Style

The position is based in Malmö with on-site work. Working hours are during the day on weekdays.
