About the role
We are looking for chefs with a solid background in the restaurant industry. You will have a central role in the kitchen, contributing with both your expertise and leadership. You will work closely with the head chef and the team to ensure the highest standards in taste, presentation, and efficiency. With us, you will work year-round in various settings, from restaurants and hotels to catering and events – across all of Scania (Skåne), from Malmö to Österlen. Everything from popular dining spots to cozy bistros.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of documented experience as a chef
• Is confident in all kitchen stations
• Has good knowledge of ingredients and technical skill
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant
• Has high demands for quality and details

Advantageous qualifications:

• Experience from fine dining or high-volume kitchens
• Leadership experience as sous chef or head chef
• Knowledge in menu development and cost control
