Who are you?

We are now looking for you who have at least five years of experience in workforce leadership within the infrastructure and construction industry. To thrive in this role, it is essential that you are self-reliant and able to quickly get up to speed with new projects. Your character is characterized by being solution-oriented, result-driven, motivated, structured, and stress-resistant. Furthermore, you work with great commitment and are equally comfortable working in a team as well as independently.

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least five years of experience leading production as a foreman/site supervisor.
• Have conducted projects within earthworks, construction, and/or infrastructure.
• Have relevant education or equivalent work experience.
• Communicate clearly and well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Hold a valid Category B driver's license (mandatory).

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Experience as a responsible safety coordinator (BAS-P or BAS-U).
• Good knowledge of the general terms and conditions for the construction and civil engineering industry (AB/ABT) and the AMA systems.

Employment type:

Project-based employment, permanent employment, or sub-consultant role.
