About the Role

As a Senior Application Specialist within SuccessFactors, you will step into a role that is bigger than system administration. In addition to supporting daily operations, a large focus will also be placed on supporting our entire HR system landscape to ensure that systems effectively support our processes and that our HR data is correct, relevant, and sustainable over time.

In other words, we see you as much as an HR Tech-savvy solution architect who understands the big picture, working at the intersection of HR, IT, and Business.

What You Will Do

Administration of SuccessFactors Employee Central:

  • Configuration and changes.
  • Management and analysis of incidents and cases to ensure stable operations and continuity in the system.
  • Participation in testing, release management, and quality assurance in connection with changes and updates.

Data and System Landscape:

  • Ensure a robust information structure and high data quality.
  • Analyze how HR data is created, changed, and used in our processes.
  • Identify root causes of problems – and build long-term solutions.
  • Understand and influence information flows between systems and integrations.
  • Contribute to ensuring our solutions create real business value.
  • Knowledge and understanding of surrounding systems to understand context and dependencies.

Competencies and Skills We Value

To succeed in the role, we see that you combine system technical understanding with a strong data-driven and business-oriented perspective. You have the ability to work both operationally and analytically and thrive in a role where you take overall responsibility. You have the ability to think in wholes rather than modules and have a structured and long-term approach to work. You are confident in the dialogue between HR and IT and have the ability to pedagogically explain complex relationships in a simple way.

We specifically look for:

  • Knowledge from SuccessFactors or equivalent large HCM systems (including business rules, roles, workflows, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of data models, information structures, and HR master data.
  • Good knowledge of integrations and how data flows between systems.
  • Ability to analyze problems deeply and identify long-term solutions.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions – and vice versa.
  • An openness and willingness to dive into new solutions and technologies.

The Team You Will Join

You will be welcomed into a fantastic and highly motivated HR Tech team, currently consisting of 12 colleagues, 4 of whom have SuccessFactors as their main focus. Together, we are responsible for managing and developing Peab's HR system landscape with a clear goal of creating real value for the business.

We work closely together, share knowledge, and drive development forward as ONE team with a strong belief that the roadmap ahead is not just about replacing systems – but about building a stronger Peab through how we work with and develop our employees.

In addition to your own team, you will also collaborate with other specialist teams within Peab to develop and improve our operations.
