About the role

As a Junior Mechanic, you will primarily handle simpler workshop tasks and service duties. You will be an important part of the workflow to prepare cars for photography, delivery, and sale. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy practical work, are detail-oriented, and want to improve every week.

Your main responsibilities

• Service and maintenance (e.g., oil changes, filters, basic inspections)
• Tire and wheel work (mounting, changing, basic tire-related tasks)
• Brake replacements (basic level)
• Replacement of simple wear parts (e.g., control arms/stabilizer links where relevant)
• Preparation for inspections and delivery
• Basic troubleshooting (with support when needed)
• Maintaining order in the workshop and following routines/checklists
• Reporting completed work and deviations according to our processes

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has some workshop experience (internship, previous job, or education)
• Is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working at a fast pace
• Thrives with clear routines and structured work
• Wants to develop and learn more about mechanics over time
• Has a valid driver's license (B) and your own car

You are humble, responsible, and willing to ask for help when needed – while simultaneously building your own confidence in your work.
