Förlagssystem is a leading player in logistics and book distribution. The role requires attention to detail, stress tolerance, and the ability to work at a fast pace. We are looking for associates for all departments on the warehouse floor, and you may be assigned to one or several departments. Working hours are typically between 07:00–16:00, Monday to Friday. Weekend and afternoon shifts may be required depending on needs. This is a consultancy position, meaning you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will carry out the work for our client, Förlagssystem.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Picking items according to given pick routes using a tablet, scanner, or voice headset.
• Back-picking and net picking.
• Sorting and packing items.
• Handling defective or incorrect products.
• Using digital tools in the workflow.
• Forklift operation, including loading and unloading trucks (for those who have or are obtaining a forklift license).

The assignment is expected to start in mid-June. The position is a full-time fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension. As interviews are conducted on a rolling basis, it is important that applicants have an updated CV, have contact details for two references ready, and are available for an interview.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications:

• Physical fitness – ability to walk approximately 20,000 steps per day and perform lifting.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility and stress tolerance – tasks may vary throughout the day.
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to handle digital tools and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift license (highly preferred).
• Category B driver's license (preferred).
• Experience in warehouse work and teamwork (preferred).
