Operations Manager for Pumpable Waste Collection – Nacka/Värmdö
PreZero is part of the circular transition and works every day for a more sustainable future. We are now looking for an Operations Manager for the pumpable waste collection assignment for Stockholm Vatten och Avfall. In this role, you will have important responsibility for daily operations and become a central contact point for both drivers, customers, and internal functions.
About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations within pumpable waste collection. The role is both operational and administrative, with a strong focus on planning, follow-up, and leadership. You work closely with drivers, act as a contact person for customers and internally, and collaborate with the occupational health and safety coordinator on personnel and workplace safety issues. The work is largely performed from the office via phone and email, involving problem-solving, deviation management, and follow-up.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsibility for daily operations in the collection of pumpable waste for Stockholm Vatten och Avfall.
- Develop, plan, lead, and follow up on daily routines.
- Lead and distribute the daily work for drivers.
- Ensure efficient resource utilization of personnel and equipment.
- Act as a contact person for customers and internal functions.
- Handle complaints, deviations, and follow-ups.
- Work with occupational health and safety issues in collaboration with the OHS coordinator.
- Ensure that work is carried out safely and according to current procedures.

Requirements and Experience
- Experience in team leadership.
- Clear, communicative, and present leadership style.
- At least upper secondary education.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to plan, structure, and follow up on work.
- A strong safety mindset for both employees and customers.

About the Position
- Permanent full-time position.
- Immediate start.
- Location: Nacka/Värmdö.
- Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 06:00–15:00.
If offered the position, you must provide a valid extract (no older than one month) from the Police's criminal record register.
