About the job as a machine operator

The client is well-known internationally and is a leading paint factory with long experience and a strong commitment to quality. The factory in Malmö is a place where innovation and expertise meet to create the best paint products on the market!

As a machine operator at Manpower, working at our client's site in Arlöv, you will play an important role in the daily operation of production. In this role, you will work with monitoring, adjusting, and optimizing production machines to ensure high quality and a smooth production flow. You will primarily be responsible for mixing raw materials and producing paint, as well as operating a forklift and moving paint containers within the production area. You will become part of a team where collaboration and responsibility are in focus, and where you contribute to minimizing downtime and ensuring that production runs efficiently.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who want to work in a practical and varied role within industry and production. To thrive in this role, you are responsible, meticulous, and have a good understanding of routines and safety work. You appreciate physical work in production and find it easy to collaborate with others.

Requirements for the position

• Forklift license A1-A4 and B1-B4
• Experience in similar work
• Category B driver's license and access to a car
• Completed upper secondary education
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Experience in operating a forklift is considered an advantage.
