Wasa Tree Felling is growing and is now looking for several full-time arborists to join our teams. We provide professional tree care to municipalities, property companies, businesses, and private individuals, always prioritizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As an arborist with us, you will have a varied, responsible, and practical job where you work with trees in many different environments on a daily basis. Our assignments are primarily carried out for municipalities, property companies, and businesses, but also for private individuals, which means great variation in both workplaces and tasks.

The work can range from routine tree maintenance in public areas and residential neighborhoods to more advanced assignments in densely built-up areas with high demands for safety and precision.

You will work with trees in parks, along streets, in courtyards, industrial areas, and private gardens. The work often takes place in complex environments where consideration must be given to people, buildings, traffic, power lines, and other infrastructure. This places high demands on planning, risk assessment, and a professional approach to work.

In the role of arborist with us, you are expected to take responsibility for your work, follow current safety regulations, and contribute to good teamwork. You are also an important representative of the company when on-site with customers, requiring a service-oriented and professional demeanor. The work is physically demanding and takes place mainly outdoors year-round, requiring you to thrive in active work under varying weather conditions.

We are looking for you who

• Hold a Category B driver's license
• Have relevant chainsaw training
• Have arborist training and/or certification, such as ISA, ETW, or training from Hvilan
• Are confident in your professional practice and accustomed to working in both simple and more complex environments
• Have a strong safety mindset and a good understanding of risk assessment
