About the role: The focus in this role is on stable operational reliability and good availability within the process and equipment.

You will perform preventive maintenance according to plan, and represent the maintenance department at process meetings, new acquisitions, and equipment modifications.

Responsibilities:

• Inspections and functional checks.
• Corrective maintenance.
• Repair and refurbish components.
• Prepare maintenance tasks.
• Search and register all tasks in the maintenance system (Maintmaster).
• Focus on improvement measures through systematic analysis.
• Implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Participation in projects may occur.

Responsibility: Work together with managers to focus on key performance indicators and outcomes.

As a maintenance representative and competence resource, participate in problem-solving meetings.

Actively contribute to creating, participating in, and maintaining contacts with customers and suppliers within the area of responsibility.

Collaborate actively to spread competence within and between UH-lagen.

Actively participate in mentoring and training.

Work proactively by creating clear action alternatives during various disruptions and challenges. Be flexible and quickly adopt new routines and working methods that improve operations.

Who are you? Technical education or equivalent knowledge with a focus on automation, mechanics, or electrical engineering.

Working hours: Rotating shift schedule including day, evening, night, weekend, and off-week (4-shift system).
