About the Role
We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a retail assistant for full-time work in Stockholm. This is a role for you who are passionate about service, customer experience, and sales in a modern retail environment.

You will become part of a team where customer interaction, engagement, and a sense for the store are important parts of everyday life. This role suits you if you thrive in a social environment and want to contribute to an inspiring shopping experience.

Responsibilities
The duties may vary, but include for example:

• Greeting customers and providing professional service
• Working with sales and advisory services
• Handling product replenishment and display
• Register work and store management
• Contribute to keeping the store in an inspiring and well-organized environment

Qualifications
We are looking for you who:

• Have a strong interest in service and retail
• Are social, positive, and engaged
• Enjoy customer contact and a fast-paced environment
• Are responsible and collaborate well with others
• Have an eye for order and presentation

Previous experience is not a requirement – we place great emphasis on personality and attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, stores, or sales
• Register experience
• Interest in fashion, interior design, lifestyle, or other retail environments
