Maintenance Worker at Kunskapsgymnasiet Stockholm

THE WORKPLACE

Kunskapsgymnasiet Stockholm offers university-preparatory programs in natural sciences, social sciences, and economics at our fine school. The school has approximately 500 students and is located in the Globen area near Gullmarsplan, with many good connections.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

At Kunskapsgymnasiet, we have a strong team spirit where openness among staff is high, and we share responsibility for our operations. You will collaborate closely with the school's coordinator regarding facility maintenance.

We are looking for you who have a strong interest in working in a service-oriented role and want to contribute to creating a good and safe working environment. You are part of the operation and will often come into contact with the school's youth, educators, and other employees at the school. Therefore, we place great importance on personal suitability.

Job Responsibilities

Main responsibilities include building maintenance and IT support.

All IT support regarding employees' and students' computers and other systems. Repairing and replacing broken equipment. Transport, systematic fire safety, lock and alarm systems, orders, delivery reception, and similar tasks.

Experience and Requirements

As a person, you can take significant personal responsibility, are quality-conscious, and have the will and ability to find new solutions when needed. You are flexible and have good organizational skills. Last but not least, you need to have good physical fitness and mobility as the work sometimes involves heavy lifting and climbing ladders. You work among young people and need to be a secure adult in the operation. An extract from the criminal record register must be presented upon employment. Driver's license B is required.

Kunskapsskolan in Sweden runs primary schools, upper secondary schools, and adult education under the names Kunskapsskolan, Kunskapsgymnasiet, and SkillEd.
