We are currently looking for machine operators for an international company offering sustainable energy solutions. Our client has a development-oriented environment with an open-door policy, characterized by a culture of teamwork and community. The work involves varied tasks. You will receive a thorough introduction to the company's different stations before your work officially begins. Initially, you will be responsible for one station and will gradually learn the other workstations, as our client advocates for rotation in work.

Most of the machines you handle are automated, requiring basic competence in programming and troubleshooting. You will also quality-assure the manufactured products to ensure they meet customer requirements. Some tasks involve heavy lifting, requiring good physical fitness. The work is usually performed in two shifts, but night and weekend work may occur.

Person Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you are driven, social, and humble with an eye for detail. You are not afraid to jump in where needed and work independently. You function equally well individually and in a group, have good problem-solving skills, and an efficient work style. We look for someone motivated to meet daily production goals with the highest quality and precision.

Qualifications:

• Completed upper secondary education, preferably in technology or industry.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing industry and technical comprehension.
• Experience in previous work as an operator or similar.
• Openness to work both two-shift and three-shift systems.
• Good physical fitness, as heavy work is involved.
• Forklift license A and B.
