We are currently looking for summer substitutes for the period of June 1st to September 1st, with the possibility of extension.

In the role of nursing assistant, you perform care work for our customers, which means supporting and encouraging our home care users in their daily lives. We always base our planning and implementation on the needs and wishes of the home care user. The work includes social documentation, acting as a care contact, and collaborating with other colleagues, HSL staff, social secretaries, and relatives.

We are looking for employees with the following competencies:

• Trained nursing assistant
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written (Swedish 2). Other language skills, especially Arabic and Kurdish, are meritorious
• Experience working in elderly care
• Experience with social documentation and acting as a care contact
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

About you

We expect you to be skilled at communicating with different types of people and to be receptive to both customers and colleagues. It is important that you are creative and can adapt to different situations and circumstances in the users' homes.
