Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility as the Coat Check Attendant at O'Learys Västerås is to ensure the coat check operates smoothly during opening hours. You are responsible for ensuring the work is conducted as efficiently as possible while maintaining a safe and organized atmosphere for our guests. This means maintaining full focus on the guests, welcoming and attending to each guest, being attentive and helpful, and professionally addressing guest requests. Other duties include receiving and storing outer garments in an organized and structured manner, ensuring order and visibility in the coat check area, and keeping the coat check area clean, tidy, and well-organized. You are also responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the coat check throughout the evening and collaborating with the rest of the nightclub staff to ensure seamless service.

We are looking for someone who

Is outgoing and positive, eager to represent our brand. You are flexible, comfortable working under pressure, and are meticulous, structured, and skilled at building good relationships. You enjoy working as part of a team. Previous experience in the service industry, preferably in a supervisory role, is an advantage. You must be over 18 years of age.
