About the company:

The company is an expanding player in the elevator industry, handling the entire process from development and design to manufacturing. With their own production and operations across large parts of southern Sweden, they offer a wide range of solutions for both new installations and modernizations of elevators. About the role:

As a traveling elevator technician, you will work with the installation, modernization, and reconstruction of elevators at various locations in southern Sweden. You will base yourself from your home location and travel to current projects, which means working away from home during weekdays. You will work in a team with a colleague and have close supervision, although the work is largely independent.

More specifically, the role involves:

• Installation of new elevators in construction projects
• Modernization and reconstruction of elevators in existing buildings
• Ensuring that work is carried out according to current quality and safety standards

An important part of the role is that the projects you will be working on are spread across southern Sweden, requiring you to have the possibility for overnight stays during the week.

About you:

In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on your interest and knowledge regarding mechanics and assembly, as well as your willingness to learn more about and become a specialist in elevators. You will be offered the necessary training and initial guidance from experienced colleagues. Since your days are not always planned in advance, it is important that you are flexible and can quickly adapt and handle what is required at the moment. You have a strong work ethic and understand the importance of showing respect to your customers by being communicative, meticulous, responsible for punctuality, and performing the work required to ensure customer operations run as smoothly as possible.

Additionally, the following is required:

• Good knowledge of mechanics and machine assembly
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluency in Swedish

Start date: According to agreement

Location: It is possible to base yourself from Kalmar and the surrounding area for this role

Salary: According to collective agreement
