About the Role

As a Technician/Mechanic at Wenmec, you will become part of an engaged team working together on the assembly of technical systems and components. The work is varied and includes mechanical assembly as well as elements of electrical, hydraulic, and automation work. You will work based on drawings and instructions and have the opportunity to develop in the role alongside experienced colleagues.

The position is located in Kil, and the work takes place in a modern production environment with a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration. You will work in a two-shift system: Morning shift: 05:45 – 14:06 (Mon – Fri), Evening shift: 14:00 – 23:15 (Mon – Thu).

In your role as a Technician, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assembly of technical components and systems
  • Working from drawings and instructions
  • Assembly within mechanics, as well as some electrical and hydraulic work
  • Participation in improvement and development work in production

This Technician position is a long-term consultancy assignment via Adecco, starting as agreed. For the right person, there are good opportunities for direct employment with the client at a later stage.

About You

We are looking for someone who is technically interested and enjoys practical work. You do not need several years of experience, but we would prefer that you have some background in industry, assembly, technology, or production, or alternatively, an interest in technology/assembly and the willingness to learn.

If you have experience with reading drawings, hydraulics, or electrical work, it is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are curious, engaged, and want to develop together with the company.

Furthermore, we believe you are meticulous, responsible, and thrive in collaboration with others. You like finding solutions and gladly contribute with a positive drive in daily work.

Advantageous qualifications:

  • Experience in assembly or industrial work
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Forklift and crane certificates
  • Knowledge in electrical or hydraulic systems
