ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for two Process Operators for our distillery in Nöbbelöv for work in a 2-shift rotation. As a Process Operator, you will work with control, sampling, and monitoring of our processes – both out in the plant and via process data systems from the control room. The role also includes laboratory tasks such as sampling and operational analysis. You are responsible for ensuring production is carried out according to instructions and with high quality, while contributing to safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that facilities within wheat intake, milling, mashing, and fermentation are operated according to current instructions
• Conduct rounds according to established protocols regarding process parameters and equipment
• Monitor and control the various process steps
• Ensure that process equipment functions resource-efficiently
• Perform and follow up on 5S within your assigned area of responsibility
• Work actively with continuous improvement and problem-solving
• Plan and implement competence development in consultation with your direct manager

The position also includes forklift driving, scheduled outside regular daytime hours. The role also involves acting as a reserve for our 5-shift operators, which requires flexibility regarding working hours.

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a process environment (required)
• Experience with highly automated processes (advantageous)
• Valid driver's license (Category B) (required)
• Forklift license (required)
• Boiler operator certificate (advantageous)
