Heidelberg Materials Precast Contiga manufactures prefabricated steel and concrete frames and is now looking for a driven production team member for our steel workshop in Norrtälje. The position is full-time, with working hours Monday–Thursday 06:30–16:00 and Friday 06:30–13:15.

You will become part of a team of ten employees, all contributing to ensuring timely deliveries of high quality.

Your future role

As a production team member with us, you will work in production with varied tasks adapted to the company's needs. Your main responsibilities include loading with a wheel loader and overall responsibility for the storage yard. By being proactive and collaborating well with both internal and external contacts, you ensure that deliveries are handled efficiently and depart on time. The work may also include tasks such as blasting and preparation for production, for example by picking and preparing materials.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience operating a wheel loader or similar equipment
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have previous experience in leading and distributing work in some form, for example as a team leader or foreman.
