Heidelberg Materials Precast Contiga manufactures prefabricated steel and concrete frames and is now looking for an experienced workshop worker for our steel workshop in Norrtälje. The position is full-time, with working hours Monday–Thursday 06:30–16:00 and Friday 06:30–13:15.

You will become part of a team of ten employees, where everyone contributes to ensuring deliveries of high quality on time.

Your future role

As a workshop worker with us, you will work in production with varied tasks adapted to the needs of the business. The work may include, among other things, operating CNC machines, sawing machines, as well as planning and preparing production.

We offer good opportunities for development, and for the right person, the role can grow into a leadership position over time. Therefore, we would like you to have previous experience in leading and distributing tasks, for example in the role of team leader or foreman. You will become an important part of the team and collaborate closely with both colleagues and the workshop manager to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production, as well as contribute to the development and improvement of working methods and processes.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working in industry or production
• The ability to independently set up and operate a CNC machine
• Administrative skills in Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have previous experience in leading and distributing work in some form, such as team leader or foreman. Previous welding experience is also considered a merit.
