We need more dedicated service technicians now. We are therefore looking for a colleague to join our team in Nora.

This is a recruitment process managed by Maxkompetens, but you will be employed directly by Wirtgen Sweden AB. You will be part of the service department in Nora, a team of 10 people.

Your responsibilities

As a service technician with us, your work will focus on our Kleemann products, which are high-performance crushing and screening machines. In addition, the role includes servicing and repairing our John Deere road rollers, with the possibility of working on John Deere wheel loaders in the future.

Your responsibilities include:

• Scheduled servicing and maintenance of machinery in the field.
• Troubleshooting and repairing machinery, including work with advanced electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ordering spare parts and technical documentation of services and repairs.
• Inspection and certification of machinery, especially before or after rental periods.
• Training customers in the operation and handling of the machines.
• Building and developing long-term customer relationships through regular contact and support.

The role involves day trips primarily in central Sweden, with occasional overnight stays. You will operate from your home or a nearby workshop using a fully equipped service vehicle.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is social, proactive, and solution-oriented. In addition to being a pleasant and helpful colleague, you should have:

• A strong interest in technology and machinery, along with a desire to develop both professionally and personally.
• Basic knowledge of electricity and hydraulics, preferably related to heavy machinery.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, and a valid B-driver's license.

Experience with construction machinery, crushing, or similar is advantageous, but your willingness to learn and develop is the most important factor.

• Location: Nora (with travel, overnight stays may occur).
• Employment type: Full-time, with a flexible start date as agreed.
