Here is a pleasant position in a smaller company where you can be part of our future development and have an impact as Operations Manager.

Savannha is a small company that has been in operation for 15 years. We work with needs-assessed service interventions for various municipalities where we provide user services. We also handle private interventions within cleaning, laundry, and purchasing.

As Operations Manager, you have previous experience in a leadership position within this industry or another, with independent responsibility for personnel, users, scheduling, customer service, administration, as well as work with other municipalities or suppliers. You should be stress-resistant, conflict-tolerant, driven, and eager to develop Savannha with new ideas.

The work will be both independent and together with staff and colleagues, meaning you need to be able to work both alone and in a team. There may also be service interventions to be performed to improve operations. You need to have basic math skills as payroll processing is involved.

You are positive, feel challenged, and are energized to learn new things. Experience with the Lifecare Provider system is an extra merit.

You have a driver's license and will work equally in Helsingborg and Klippan at Savannha's offices. Training will take place with practice in Malmö Municipality for approx. 1 month.
