Construction Foreman/Supervisor Wanted

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible construction foreman/supervisor to join our team.

As a supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily production on our projects. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating work on-site, ensuring that schedules are followed and that work is carried out with the right quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

In the role of supervisor, you will among other things:

• Lead and distribute daily work on the construction site
• Coordinate skilled workers, subcontractors, and deliveries
• Monitor schedules, quality, and working environment
• Ensure that work is carried out according to drawings, documentation, and current requirements
• Maintain ongoing contact with site management, clients, and other project partners
• Perform simple documentation, self-inspections, and follow-ups
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and efficient workplace

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience from the construction industry who has previously worked as a supervisor, team leader, carpenter with leadership responsibilities, or in a similar role.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in construction production
• Good understanding of drawings and construction documentation
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and solve problems
• Good communication skills
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have experience with new construction, structural completion, interior work, or coordination of subcontractors.
