Job Description

In this role, you will work broadly within IT and play a key part in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will have a central function where you handle technical incidents and work closely with systems to quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

The work involves moving between different parts of the IT environment – from client devices and user-facing technology to servers, systems, and integrations. You will work systematically with case management while also being able to prioritize and act when something requires quick handling.

You will have many contact points and collaborate continuously with IT colleagues as well as other parts of the business. You will have the opportunity to frequently switch perspectives – from detailed focus in troubleshooting to the big picture regarding operations and stability.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Administer, prioritize, and document cases in the case management system.
• Troubleshoot, handle, and resolve incidents independently as well as in collaboration with colleagues.
• Ensure good case management by following up, prioritizing, and driving activities forward.
• Work with the operation and monitoring of servers, systems, and integrations in the IT environment.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 1–3 years of experience as an IT technician or similar.
• Knowledge of case management systems.
• General knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security.
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
