Job Description

We are now looking for a Team Leader for Renova!

As a Team Leader, your task is to drive and plan the operations for our environmental workers. This includes staffing, planning for vehicle service/repairs, holiday planning, route planning, problem-solving, and key management. You will also contribute to long-term personnel planning and ensure that the unit meets its goals and key performance indicators. Together with your fellow team leaders and the operations manager, you will support other drivers at the unit and introduce new employees.

You will also have contact with traffic control and Renova's workshop to ensure optimal planning and a logistically and commercially efficient production. If needed, you will also be involved in daily operations.

You will handle administrative tasks, such as handling deviations and customer complaints, as well as approving time reports and supplier invoices. You will become a key player in the company's improvement work DFA (Renova's Lean-oriented way of working). You are also expected to be active in occupational health and safety issues, such as inspection of collection points, risk and consequence analyses, etc. You participate in and communicate with our clients, the municipality.

Qualifications

• Category C driver's license
• Driver's qualification card (CPC)
• Valid YKB (Certificate of Professional Competence)
• Experience in leadership is desirable
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)

You should be accustomed to handling administrative tasks, such as time reporting and invoice management, and have an understanding of economics.

Advantageous is previous experience working with Lean and having education in leadership.

You are a good role model who can contribute to creating a positive atmosphere in the group and show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role. You have the ability to plan and organize your and your group's work in a structured manner. You are flexible and adapt easily to changed conditions, for example by being out in operations and driving with short notice. You can work efficiently under stress, balance different demands, and keep your cool in various situations that may arise.

You are an important part of Renova's work with participatory improvement work and see it as a matter of course to point out improvement proposals and actively participate in implementing improvements at the unit and at Renova as a whole. You are a creative problem solver who sees new solutions.
