About the role

Do you want a central role where you can combine structure, collaboration, and problem-solving in a fast-paced daily routine? We are now looking for a coordinator who wants to ensure smooth workflows and good service within the operations. As a coordinator, you play a key role in the daily work. You act as a link between internal functions and ensure that processes, planning, and communication run efficiently. The role is varied and suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, creating order, and handling multiple contact points. As a baseline, you will work as a warehouse operative, meaning you need to enjoy production work but be flexible enough to step into the coordinator role when the business needs it.

Working hours include both daytime and shift work (day/evening). Flexibility regarding working hours is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on daily operational work.
• Ensure that routines and processes are followed.
• Maintain ongoing contact with colleagues and other functions.
• Contribute to planning, structure, and improvement work.
• Administrative tasks related to operations.
• Warehouse work.

Profile & Background

We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and responsible. You thrive in a role with many contact points, are solution-oriented, and collaborate easily. You should be skilled at handling stress, making the right decisions, and managing personnel.

Proficiency in systems and an understanding of processes are meritorious. Previous experience in coordination, administration, or similar roles is a plus.

Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written, are required.
