Lill-sia Skog och Fastighetsservice AB is a relatively new company based in Järvsö, working broadly with property services and cleaning. We are an all-in-one service company focused on tourist and rental accommodations, but we also gladly work with permanent residents in the area.

Our services include property maintenance, renovation, snow removal, green area maintenance, and cleaning in all its forms.

We have expanded significantly over the past year and are currently in need of staff in certain areas.

Therefore, we are now looking for a person with knowledge and confidence in basic carpentry and problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities

No day is the same as the other at our company. One day might consist of changing batteries in smoke detectors, while the next could involve building simple storage sheds. In between, you will step in to clean, shovel snow, or mow the lawn. It may also involve carrying moving boxes or disposing of waste.

The work is highly varied and constantly changing. However, we need someone with carpentry skills to help achieve a better balance between the different parts of the business.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate is perceptive and flexible, and not afraid to try new tasks or switch between different types of jobs.

You must be self-motivated and solution-oriented, as some tasks are performed independently. At the same time, you need to be a team player who can work well with many different personalities of all ages and with very diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• RARB certificate (Responsible for the Use of Pesticides)
• BE driving license
• Chainsaw certificate
• Property Caretaker Training
