Work as a Meeting Booker / Telemarketer from Home!

We are looking for someone who enjoys working remotely and has good experience using the phone as a tool.

A requirement for the position is previous experience in meeting booking, telemarketing, customer service, or field sales, meaning you are comfortable handling objections. You will be calling potential clients to generate interest in a meeting.

It is an advantage if you currently have your own business or F-tax status, but this is not a requirement.

About the Role

As a Meeting Booker / Client Booker, you will schedule meetings for well-known companies. Currently, we are focusing on meeting booking for real estate agents (e.g., free valuations). Since you are offering a free and appreciated meeting, the conversion rate is high, giving you as an experienced booker fantastic opportunities to achieve great results quickly. The work involves making cold calls to clients via our dialer.

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
• Scope: Full-time only
• Location: Remote Work – You must be able to sit undisturbed and have all necessary equipment (computer, headset, and good internet connection).
• Salary: High commission based on the number of bookings. You are paid regardless of whether the meeting leads to a sale for the real estate agent. (No cap, no base salary, no guaranteed salary).
• Target Income: 25,000 - 45,000 SEK depending on performance.

Basic Requirements:

• Computer with a stable internet connection
• Headset for undisturbed phone calls
• An ergonomic workspace at home where you will not be disturbed
• Fluent Swedish

You should be:

• Confident and experienced in using the phone as a tool
• Experienced in calling cold leads
• Goal-oriented and competitive
• Someone who thrives in a remote work environment
• Equipped with high social competence
• Good at building relationships
